After suffering an MI and subsequently being on several medications, I have noticed that too much caffeine-free diet pepsi gives me PVC’s. I’m not sure if it’s an interaction or the simply the drink. I also don’t know if caffeine-free Coke would give me similar problems. Regular diet colas don’t bother me at all.
