Ventricle -

The heart has two ventricles, the right ventricle and the left ventricle.  The right ventricle pumps poorly oxygenated blood to the lungs, where oxygen is picked up.  The left ventricle pumps well oxygenated blood (after it has returned to the heart from the lungs) to the rest of the body.
