TERESA
Marisa Faith was born Jan. 30, 1999, she was born with ds and she had
congenital heart defects, she had a hole in her heart her ventriculars were a
mess and she had pulmonary artery stenosis (narrowing of the pulmonary arteries)
Marisa had five surgeries in 2 and a half years. Marisa was a fighter, she
fought until the day she went home, which was on Nov. 30, 2001. Marisa was a
very special little girl to us, she touched a lot of hearts and she loved
everyone she came in contact with. Marisa is missed very much and she is loved
so much. I do know that I will see her again and we will join her in the
heavens. Teresa
