I'm 25 and have been diagnosed with PVCs. When i was younger i started noticing strange things happening to me when i would go and play football or run. I would have a really fast heart beat and get dizzy and out of breath. I was in great shape and surfed everyday. i did though drink, smoke some times, and pop vicodin for a while but never noticed any every day problems.
Now im 25 and stoped drinking 7 months ago from this day, its been 2 years with smoking. 7 months ago i was rushed to the ER and was in A-fib for the night and then it went back to normal. Then the next day i changed my life around and quit drinking and now have a balanced diet. I started noticing that when ever i got excited or did some kind of exercise that my heart would "skip beats" or have an "extra heavy beat" and i would get dizzy. I went to a cardiologist and they ran the "stress test" on me and it came out fine then they put me on a holster for a few weeks. The doctor evaluated the recordings and diagnosed it as PVCs. Now everyday it is a different story cause it comes and goes with unexplainable pain in my chest right in the heart area with occasional palpitations. My Doc told me that there's nothing that they can do except change the things that i already changed or put me on arrhythmic drugs, but then the drugs could cause worse palpitations so i'm undecided if i should go on them or not. i don't wanna live with this problem and have to worry about running or doing the sports i want to do.
