I just returned from another hospital run per ambulance and am very confused and upset. I have been battling with my symptoms for just over a year now. Symptoms include chest pain, drop in pulse, dizziness, near syncope or syncope. I have had many test done the only test that shows anything was my tilt table which was positive. I was then dx. with neurocardiogenic syncope. The problem is, it has been a year and things seem to be getting worse despite multiple drugs and life style changes. I don't feel like the Dr's are listening to me. My family Dr thinks I need a pacemaker but my cardiologist stated he is not convinced. I have gone by ambulance 4 times in the last 6 months, today was very emotional for me due to the fact my daughter was the only one home, I was having bad chest pain and very weak, I laid down right away took my b/p (110/76) and my pulse(47). I layed there with these sx. for about an hour and seemed to not want to go away my daughter tried calling grandma but we finally called ambulance. When I got to the hospital I was treated poorly, my pains had subsided but I was very weak, the Dr stated to my husband "there is nothing wrong with her you can take her home have her see her family Dr." My husband asked why my pulse was still running low the Dr stated "take her home she's fine." I am so frustrated I wish we could plug our bodies into a Dr let them feel what we are feeling-
