JEFF
On April 25th, 2005, I had open heart
surgery and a triple bypass. On Sunday, November 27th I ran in, and completed,
the Seattle Marathon setting a new personal record of 4 hours 23 minutes, and 49
seconds. I credit the Oregon Heart & Vascular institute, and the members and
staff of the Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab with my success.
