Dear Friends,
May I tell you something about heart disease, of course my experience of having a heart attack
one year ago.
I was not caring about my food and lazy to do exercise and all, finally one day it happened, but I consider this as a trial on me by God The Almighty. Any way I have had coronary angioplasty with two stents.
I am continuing on drugs regularly low fat diet, with almost regular exercise. My body wt. was 90 kg. before and now its only 76kg and still need to come down to 70 kg.
I am a doctor also, Pathologist working here in
Jeddah, KSA. I do my best and leave everything to God The Almighty, All Praises to Allah.
