I am 51 and was eating ok I suppose. I was not
too overweight. Well, on about October 23, 2006 I went back to work after eating
my peanut butter sandwich. About 30 minutes later I started having severe chest
pain. I thought it would just go away & was very busy. I called the Dr. office &
was told all the doctors left. I told the lady, who also works with ekg, my
symptoms & she said it sounded like heart burn, just go buy some medicine over
the counter. I did but that did nothing. About 1 hour after that phone call I
started throwing up very violently for about the next 12 hours. I would go to
sleep & I would actually have to wake up to do that. It was so violent it made a
muscle in my back real sore for about a month. I went to the Dr. the next
morning & he said I should go to the hospital but it was over then. I asked to
see a cardiologist instead. I was concerned about the money since I have no
insurance. Well, anyhow I did have a heart attack & lost one of my chambers. I
am upset with the lady who gave me very bad advise. I was also taking activella
at the time, I believe this attributed to the heart attack. This medicine just
made me feel different. I am eating healthier, stopped taking my heart medicine
because of the side effects.
I am doing ok.
