The best part of this site is a listing of official College policy statements on various aspects of cardiac disease. The College policy statements have a large impact on the practice of cardiology in the U.S.

National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute
A very useful site with many well-written pages on how to prevent and treat cardiac disease.

The Drkoop.com heart disease page
Drkoop.com provides well-written and accurate articles on a variety of topics related to heart disease. If you want to visit this site, however, maybe you'd better hurry if the Wall Street analysts are right.

The WebMD heart disease site
Timely articles on cardiac disorders. This site often features well-done interpretations of recently reported medical research.
