Thank you for explaining the effects of stress on the heart. It’s much clearer to me now and easy to understand. Considering the stress I’ve been under the past couple of weeks (death in the family, grandson needing surgery on his spinal cord, my mom and her emotional instability, travel in snow storms, brush fire, power outages, etc.) it’s good to know I’ll probably be OK. During all of this all I could do was giggle because it was so absurd.
