I am a life long a-fib person. It gets very frustrating because of the constant monitoring that needs to be done with my condition. I also have heart enlargement and mytral valve prolapse. Please, I would like to know how to get a better handle on this. I would also like to exercise but am afraid to because of the fear of a-fib happening at the most inopportune moment. It’s gotten now so that I have to watch getting a simple case of the flu as that has set off my latest bout of a-fib. Can you give any helpful suggestions?
