I have been diagnosed with this diseased. Can you tell me of any type of research that you are aware of that will releave the pain and discomfort that comes with this disease?

Although the prognosis is good and you will have a long life (or it is expected), it will not be a comfortable one. You will never be the same once you are diagnosed with this diseased no matter what your doctor tells you.
