Exercise: the Elixir of Youth

Ponce de Leon could have saved himself the trouble of tromping through the swamps of Florida looking for the Fountain of Youth (finding instead alligators and malaria). Instead, he could have just stayed home and worked out on his treadmill. The results would have been much better.

Medical science suggests that regular aerobic exercise not only improves fitness and reduces cardiac risk - it also, almost literally, rolls back the clock. Read about it here.
