Discuss in my forum

Recently, the Harvard School of Public Health and the Institute of Medicine released separate - and quite different - high-profile reports on the health effects of eating seafood. The reports are not only in variance with each other, but are also fueling angry responses from environmental and consumer groups. This is all very fine for those whose interests lie in activism, politics or profit. But what about those of us who just want to eat fish now and then, and wonder if we're making ourselves immortal or poisoning ourselves to death when we do so? DrRich clears up the controversy here.

I very much enjoyed Dr. Rich’s comments about the seafood and fish-eating articles recently released. I whole-heartedly agree with his assessment; therefore, I am not happy! LOL!

I believe that it is important to take a purified fish oil tablet on a daily basis, or a DHA supplement if you have the extra cash.

I have a decent blog on nutrition on my Myspace site, Display name: sterlingharris. I am a physician who has been reading about nutrition for 30 years. I expect no financial remuneration of any type for this blog and stand to profit from this in no way, either in terms of supplements or otherwise.
