I was diagnosed with high cholesterol just over a year ago. I did try and lower my cholesterol with diet and more exercise. It didn’t work. My Dr. put me on lipitor, but had to go off of it as it affected my liver.

I have been on Omega 3 since that time: and it has lowered my cholesterol signigicantly. I am curious as to why this is not included in this article or others?

I agree and I am also disappointed that there is no mention of Cod Liver oils or and fish oils that contain Omega 3’s.
