Waist-to-Hip Ratio More Important Than Obesity

Investigators have now determined that the ratio of waist size to hip size is more important than your weight itself in determining your cardiac risk. Storing fat in your abdomen, apparently, is much more dangerous than piling it on your hips and butt.
