Secret Cardiology

Some things in the wonderful world of cardiology are simply not meant to be discussed. There are certain things about heart disease, or certain aspects of the practice of cardiology, that we cardiologists tend to find inconvenient, embarrassing, obscure, unbelievable, or simply not fitting our world view. And here they are.

I wonder if EECP might be useful as a form of passive exercise which would give the benefit of exercise without the breathlessness.
