Dear Dr. Rich,
I am 35 and ever since I had my son 7 years ago I began having a regular rapid heart rate resting at 110-up to 166 beats a min. I have even woke my self up with this problem. I started seeing a cardio 6 yrs ago and he gave me inderal 10mg 4x daily but never has told me what is causing this problem. I am still very tried I’ve gone from a normal 118lbs to 170lbs the weight i was when i delivered my son. I have never been sick until this started. I have since learned I have an anomia(small tumor) on my pituatary gland but all my levels are normal but, have severe headsches. I feel like I’m going crazy it’s hard to find a good dr, i do have a mitro valve problem as well . please help in any way
thanks
I can’t give personal medical advice on-line. You need to see another doctor, as you clearly have a medical problem that needs to be diagnosed before it can be treated. DrRich
Dear Dr. Rich,
In May of 2005 I had a two Cypher DE Stents placed in my heart after an angiogram revealed a 90% narrowing in my left anterior desending artery. About 4 hours one stent fully occulded and an emergency rescue angioplasty was necessary and successful.
Since then, now 18 months later, I have been taking 2 75mg Plavix daily along with one low dose aspirin. I am looking for more information about this topic and if there are some studies I might participate in…
Any information you may be able to pass along should be helpful.
Regards,
B Davis
