Conjugated Linoleic Acid - CLA - and Weight Loss

Conjugated linoleic acid - CLA - is a popular dietary supplement used, among other things, to promote weight loss and improve the ratio of fat to lean body mass. Until recently, randomized human data supporting the use of CLA for this purpose has been lacking. A new study now appears to show that CLA may work - within limits.
